According to combined reports:

* Britney's premarital income (estimated at 60 million to 125 million) is secure according to California property laws.

* She intimates that she made next to nothin' while popping out them babies, so Kev is not likely to get any huge share of her income.

* She will however somehow pay him off (she'll have to block him from selling rights to her story to media), even though the divorce papers say he is not entitled to spousal support.

* They are both asking for full custody of the kids, but most people will call it a "strategy" on his part.

* She's already put the mansion that she owned before marriage, and that they lived in as a family, up for sale, according to some reports. (I am not so crazy about the idea of a divorce and making the kids move at the same time, but I guess they are young enough to survive that trauma).

* She's heading to Miami to finish HER album.

Last night Conan O'Brien, and every other comedian in the country, on the planet, was talking about this break up.

Conan says Kevin Federline complained to friends that Britney was "holding him back."

Kev was reportedly on stage last night dancing with girls and screaming, "I am a free man." Britney was out and about in New York at the start of the week.

Remember, couples come together in life for a reason. For all we know, it was always the plan that she would have a kid or two and set Kevin free. It sounds like that is what he wants too. In the wacky cable show they did, "Chaotic," she seemed to be trying to inch him along toward marriage. If you recall, he was not, before Brit, the marrying kind.

He's still the papa of her young ones, so lets hope they don't grow up thinking their Dad in a dimwitted, no-talent. I'm still praying that B and K resolve their big "D" with the best interest of their kids in mind.

Guess it won't be long before we see Britney in Las Vegas, young, free and fabulous again.

Go girl. Just please, stay away from the Marriage License Bureau.
