The man who cheated on Sandra Bullock, one of the most loved women in the world, is going to marry the gal who stole his cheating heart.

Jesse James and Kat Von D are going to get hitched. The tattooed motorcycle bad boy and his tattooed enthusiast wife-to-be announced this today - none months after their affair was uncovered and the Jesse James/Sandra Bullock marriage tanked.

James told People Magazine: “2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend ... An amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs.”

Ya think the world had, possibly, a reason to turn its back?

We just worry about his kids, especially his youngest. And, could it be just a tad of macho pride that moved him to make this announcement just nanoseconds after the press revealed that Sandra Bullock is dating Ryan Reynolds.

One only wonders... did Sandra pull a Jesse James by dating the still married Reynolds. Or are they "just friends."
