Super Bowl or Anytime Stretches for Couples

Stretch and bond during Superbowl halftime.

Prevention Magazine has discovered three get-closer couple stretches, designed for you and your honey to build trust and strengthen your relationship while helping you both to relax and increase flexibility. It’s a perfect way to spend time together while getting in some exercise. We've got your moves below:

Upper-Back and Shoulder Stretch: Face each other and hold wrists. Step apart, bend knees, and squat down, drawing hips away from one another. Gaze at the floor and keep neck relaxed.

Lower-Back Release: Lie faceup with your partner holding your ankles, Relax, keeping hips on floor, as he gently swings your legs side to side in an arc pattern for 30 to 60 seconds.

Chest Stretch: Stand with your back to your partner, arms at sides, palms forward. Have your partner hold your arms just above wrists. Lean forward as he steps back and gently pulls your arms up.
