Trees of Love - a New Russian Marriage Tradition

From Wedlok.com

We found out about an interesting new Russian wedding tradition today: Newlyweds are professing their love by placing pad locks and in some cases chains on trees.

Talk about the bonds of matrimony! The idea is for couples to "lock in" their love.

Images of the so called "Trees of Love" in downtown Moscow were spotted on AOL and a few other places on the Internet.

We found this AP image in Daily Times, a Pakistani newspaper.
